Amazon lowering and raising my prices and offering free shipping
Over night a great number of my listings no longer have the "featured offer" even though I am the only seller of my products. That is not a big deal, however, all of the products (26 to be exact) that are not labeled the featured offer now have free shipping as an option for customers. We are NOT using FBA. We ship everything ourselves and do not participate in prime. The templates attached to the products have no free shipping under any circumstance. About half of these listings not only have free shipping, but also have the wrong price listed on the product page. 11 of them are too high (either +$10 or +$20) and 1 of them is listed at $10 cheaper than it should be. The price I have listed in inventory is correct, but it is incorrect on the page, therefore I cannot edit it to be correct. Is anyone else having this problem because, as always, support is absolutely no help at all.

Good Evening @Seller_lOqQgviAhkL9e - I wanted to check in on your thread and see if you still required assistance regarding the loss of featured offer eligibility on your listings and sudden changes occurring in your shipping settings?
