Customer reviews not showing on product pages
my products received some reviews from customers but all reviews disappeared after some days and now, customers are not able to post new reviews.
I made a complaint and received the following feedback without any specific confirmation of what applies to my product, as the reviews were left by verified Amazon purchases.
A review is removed from the Amazon website for one of the following reasons:
1. The review conflicted with our "Community guidelines": This includes reviews which were posted as promotional content.
2. The review was removed by the customer who submitted the review.
3. We discovered that multiple items were linked together on our website incorrectly. Reviews that were posted on those pages were removed, when the items were separated on the website.
4. We detected unusual review behavior.
5. We are not accepting or displaying reviews and ratings for the item at this time or we are only accepting Amazon-verified purchase reviews.
How do I resolve this, because my products are currently showing no reviews which does not help with sales.

If the Artificial Intelligence finds out that you organized ratings and reviews, your account will be suspended. On our place I wouldn't insist. They found out but give you another chance for a new start.

Hello @Seller_z3ggOO5OpK4Gy- Thanks for the post! I just want to add additional resources as well. As a rule, Amazon doesn’t remove customer reviews, unless they violate Community Guidelines. The following are examples of prohibited activities, although, this is not an all-inclusive list.
- A seller posts a review of their own product or their competitor's product either in their own name or as an unbiased buyer.
- A seller offers a third party a financial reward, discount, or other compensation in exchange for a review on their product or their competitor’s product. This includes services that sell customer reviews and websites or social media groups with implicit or explicit agreements or expectations that an incentive is contingent on customers leaving a review.
- A seller offers to provide a refund or reimbursement after the buyer writes a review (including reimbursement via a non-Amazon payment method).
- A family member or employee of the seller posts a review of the seller's product or a competitor's product.
