Fake Returns and Fraud
We have regularly faced instances of receiving some cheap fake returned products in place of the items sent by us. Usually, this used to happen maybe once a month. Of late, this has started happening several times every single week!
Amazon- this is horrible and is affecting us financially and our performance metrics. When these scams are so blatant, how are they allowed? I sent a big carton full of food products and received back one envelope with some Chinese earphones.
This is blatant cheating on the part of your customers. I would like to be refunded and for strict action to be taken at the earliest. Attaching images of the two returns received by us today.

same is happening to us. One customer has returned every item that they ordered and not once, the item has been the ones that we sent. Amazon will never take action against fraud customers.
