Shadow Child ASIN
We have brand registration for our product.
One of our product's title and descriptions showing up on the product page is incorrect even though the correct product information has been saved on the seller center.
One of the seller supporters told us that the affected ASIN is inactive due to it has been classified as a shadow child of another ASIN as they are sharing the same color name.
But on our manage inventory page, the affected ASIN status is active and the incorrect product information showing on the page is also different from the another ASIN. And most importantly, we actually uploaded different colors for these two ASINs.
After we explained the situation to the seller supporter, someone suggested that we try to delete the affected ASIN by using the inventory loader file and wait for 24H to relist the ASIN.
I did this… Nothing changed! The product information is still incorrect. I do not know what to do.
Note: Two of our products are with the separate SKUs and ASINs, and titles.
