Between August 30, 2025, and November 30, 2025, we’ll close our existing DEX8, DEX3 and PNQ2 fulfilment centres in Delhi, and replace them with the new DED1 fulfilment centre in Delhi, opening on August 10, 2025.

Note that we’ve provided the important closure dates for each location below:

• DEX8: This location will not accept any incoming shipments after August 3, 2025, or ship any orders to customers after August 17, 2025. The location will close on August 30, 2025.
• DEX3: This location will not accept any incoming shipments after November 1, 2025, or ship any orders to customers after November 15, 2025. The location will close on November 30, 2025.
• PNQ2: This location will not accept any incoming shipments after November 1, 2025, or ship any orders to customers after November 15, 2025. The location will close on November 30, 2025.

To ensure a smooth transition, update your Goods and Services Tax (GST) registration certificates to include DED1 as an additional place of business. DED1 is located at the following address:

Block C, Horizon Urban Logistics Park – West Delhi, Village Nangli Puna, Tehsil Alipur, District – North West Delhi, New Delhi – 110036

Once your Goods and Services Tax (GST) registration for DED1 is complete and any other applicable licences have been verified, we will move your sellable inventory from DEX8, DEX3 and PNQ2 to DED1 at no cost to you and you can begin shipping new inventory to DED1.

If you’re unable to update your Goods and Services Tax (GST) registration by August 3, 2025 for DEX8 and November 1, 2025 for DEX3 and PNQ2, we’ll create removal orders for your unsold inventory according to the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. You’ll be responsible for any tax claims for Goods and Services Tax (GST) non-compliance.
