How long does it take for amazon support to resolve the case, cause my case is active since november 2025
Hey everyone, I’m just trying to get a sense of how long it typically takes for Amazon to resolve a case. In my situation, I’ve had an active case since November 2025 about some internal manager accounts having access to modify my assets. I’ve reached out to support multiple times and keep getting standard responses that they are still researching. Has anyone else experienced such delays, or does anyone have advice on how to speed this up?
