Whose Return is it Anyway?
We have received several returns lately that have come without an order number enclosed. In fact, there is nothing enclosed other than the returned product. The problem is that we do not sell this product! Because there is nothing included, I do not know how to track this and find out who the return actually belongs to... Also don't know how to check to see which one of our customers sent the return (because it's lacking an order number). Is there anything that can be done to track these down? If I'm being charged for the return product and shipping by Amazon (but not actually receiving the proper return), what, if anything, can be done?

Hello! @Seller_HT8nOVJTa4ebV
This is Roberto and I wanted to follow up on your post.
To better support you, I would like to understand if these are FBA returns? Usually the return package would have a LPN (License Plate Number) which is a Unique serial number that identifies specific items throughout the fulfillment process.
If the returns are part of a FBA removal order, and you received unexpected items, you should report it to our Seller Support for them to investigate.
Hope this help and don't hesitate to reply to this post if you need additional support.
Regards,
Roberto
