Customer buys USED Product then Request replacement for new???
I do have these issues happen sometimes but i am geniuenly curious. Why does this happen. I am very curious on what the customer sees from amazon stand point and what to do.
I just sold a Used-Like New Air fryer and i had noted that this product has scratches.
Customer buys.
Customer opens return.
Return reason comment - This product is not new and has scratches. Want replacement.
I am unaware what to provide. I do not make a lot of money on used variant products and the return shipping is expensive and shipping replacement is expensive.
I will be losing money because the customer did not realize the product was used.
I just want to vent this as it is annoying and frustrating. I am just taking the hit and fine with it.

This is what happens when you sell used products on the Amazon site. All the buyer has to do is say the seller overrated the product, and they get a free refund, often without returning.
Your best option it to tell the buyer to return the item for a refund.
