Help Needed: Another Seller Using My Product Photos - How to Stop This?
Another Amazon seller has used the photos I took of my product to list their own product. Is this normal? Is there a way to stop this? The main image and all the detailed images used are of my product. We are selling the same product, but they are using my photos to sell theirs, and I do not want this. What can I do to prevent this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Are your photos showing a branded product? If no, there is nothing you can do. You do not own your product pages on Amazon....any picture you add is no longer yours.

Good Morning @Seller_i9bUxbkcsfFAE,
I just wanted to stop by and follow up with you regarding your concerns about you images being used on a listing you share with another seller. Per the Product Image Requirement help page:
"When images are received from multiple sellers, Amazon will select the images that best align with the image requirements to provide the best customer experience. "
It sounds like your images meet the requirements over other sellers.
If you both are selling the same product on two different listings, that would be a duplicate listing which is against listing guidelines and the listings should be merged.
Feel free to follow the help page linked above or @Michelle_Amazon's post -->HERE<-- about how to merge duplicate listings for the same product.
Please let us know if we can help answer any more of your questions or you may reach out to Selling Partner Support at anytime. Have a wonderful rest of the week.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
