100% Late Shipment Rate
Hi, Don't make many sales here during summer. Maybe 1 or 2 a month. Anyway, recent order was a day late. Slipped my mind, now my account has a 100% late shipment rate... which is, bad? What are the odds for deactivation now? Since I don't think I'm gonna have an influx of sales to correct the %.

Actual suspension is not by bot (at least I don't think that day has arrived yet).
So even though that's as bad as it gets, it is unlikely that you will be suspended for the one late shipment.
No, there is nothing you can do.

As @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6blnotes an actual suspension is not likely at least until the BOTS and AI have taken total control of the site.
Your best option is to pay attention and ship EVERY order that you get for the next few months on time and be sure to put the tracking numbers in immediately.
The major DING on the account will go away eventually. I don't remember if it's six months or only 90 days.
It's a 'friendly reminder' from Amazon. Like the old days studying literature -- you have a scarlet "L" instead of an 'A' though............🤣🤣🤣

Hi @Starfind,
Troy from Amazon here.
As members of the community have already stated, you most likely will not be deactivated for one late shipment. I would recommend that you keep an eye on your Account Health Dashboard for a banner stating your account is "At Risk". If such a banner populates, you still would not need to take any action, unless there is a yellow "Submit Appeal" button within the banner.
Regarding the actual Late Shipment (LSR) metric, there are two time windows that are affected by orders going out late, for 10 and 30 days. Once the respective number of days have past, your metric will reset itself accordingly. Therefore, even if you do no more sales whatsoever, by the end of the 30 day period, your LSR should automatically come back down to 0%.
Please continue to reach out the community for further assistance.
Regards,
Troy
