Issue with uploading new products without product ID

I am trying to list my products on Amazon India without a product ID. I have already taken approval for this and have confirmation for an exemption for product ID.
However, whenever I am uploading products, all get stuck in draft version and I am unable to process it without a product ID.
Any advice will be helpful.

We faced the same issue, so we raised a support case with Amazon and provided them screenshot of the error we were facing.
Even though we had the approval it didn’t let us create the product. After raising the support case, the support rep confirmed that we have the exemption and they haven’t done anything, but the issue resolved.
Please try to raise a case and provide them the screenshot of error and the values you’re entering.

If you want to list your product without Product ID, I can help with this. Please follow the instruction.

  1. Apply for GTIN exemption (keep in mind your Brand Name and Product Category) If you have no brand you can choose GENERIC, you have no need to take approval for every product, it is a category approval. So you can upload your single product for same category example if you have home and Kitchen Item you can upload your product under this category and you have no need to take approval next time. Now download Flat file fill it. Please Choose brand name As GENERIC and keep blank PRODUCT ID field. and Simply upload it.
    Please follow all this process.

If you are using bulk upload, make sure to do a direct upload. Sometimes errors come up during ‘check’ phase and so a direct upload may work.

Kindly upload product By bulk upload Via Excel sheet,
You will not get any issue

We faced the same issue, so we raised a support case with Amazon and provided them screenshot of the error we were facing.
Even though we had the approval it didn’t let us create the product. After raising the support case, the support rep confirmed that we have the exemption and they haven’t done anything, but the issue resolved.
Please try to raise a case and provide them the screenshot of error and the values you’re entering.
