You are not talking to Amazon here, this is the seller forum.
You don't have to contact "customer support" but seller support. You are not a customer but a seller.
If you would like an advice from other sellers here copy and past the message Amazon sent you regarding the suspension of your seller account.

As to the related account issue here are some possibilities --
Amazon found SOMETHING they don’t like and it could be something not even related to your NEW account.
Have you EVER had another account?
Have any family members or business associates had other Amazon accounts?
Has ANYONE ever logged into THEIR Amazon account from your home or business?
Have you ever logged into your account from a business location that had an Amazon account of their own?
Have any of the above individuals ever had accounts that have been closed or sanctioned?
Have you ever STARTED to open an account including those ‘Global Accounts’ and you did not finish the account application?
Are you, or HAVE YOU EVER, used one of the deadly Virtual Assistants?
Amazon links EVERYTHING that they can trace back to you and your IP addresses.

The firs step will involve determining where this account link is coming from. Have you hired anyone to help you manage your seller account, like a virtual assistant? Have you shared any personal information from your Amazon seller account with anyone else that has an Amazon seller account?
After researching further and auditing your Seller Account information, next steps will depend on the scenario causing the account link.

There is no such thing on Amazon, you cannot communicate by phone with seller support. You can try to solve your specific problem typing the key word in the search bar in seller central.
But if it is regarding account suspension they have sent you a message with PRECISE explanation what to do to reactivate your account.
Don't rely on seller support. If you really want help, you HAVE TO copy paste Amazon's message here.

You said in your previous post that you rarely have hired someone; that sounds like you did or may have for a short period. ↓↓↓
That is what we are trying to help you figure out. Without finding the link it's very unlikely you will be able to get your Account reinstated.
Amazon won't provide you with any additional info or help other than the name of the linked Account, the location, and when the Account was opened, they expect the seller to find the source and then submit an explanation/appeal.
