another seller is selling my brand registered product and I am the manufacturer

Hello and thank you to all who will help me out with this issue here. I have gone through the forum and read some posts but decided to post my situation to get some insigh and help.

I currently manufacture and sell my own products. I am Brand Registered, but I have some companies who list their address as being in China selling my products. I manufacture and sell all my own items and I do not retail anywhere else. I tried to file a trademark IP claim and it is asking if i have purchased the said item. The problem is, since i sell gold rings online, there are 20 options per item due to the ring sizes. does that mean amazon expects me to purchase every single ring? moreover, since the item are gold rings, they are not cheap.

how would you suggest I go about reporting this seller, and moreover, will amazon even do anything? There is absolutely no way this other seller has a hold of my items to be selling them like this.

This issue is hurting my sales enough for it to come to a halt. any help, especially from the amazon moderators would be greately appreciated.

I understand it could be a frustrated moment as you are the brand owner, my advice for you will be to submit an official notice through the Report a Violation tool, available through your Amazon Brand Registry homepage, you can on the test buy one of the sizes as proof.
