Bank account re verification
HELP!
Uk seller. I Have been selling on Amazon for approx a year now. Two weeks ago I was asked to re verify bank details out of the blue! Uploaded the correct documents and since then my bank acount has been “awaiting verification”. I was told this might take 15 business day.. I’m on 14 now. Not convinced this will sort itself out.
Anyone else have this issue or any ideas how to resolve?
Whilst this is happening I can not access any payments.

Hi,
Open one case with a detailed explication regarding your issue, and require escalation and investigation from the Leadership Team (stick to one case only). It will take some time but they will sort this out eventually. To verify bank details it takes Amazon a maximum of 3-4 days, but in no way 15 days, therefore, there might be an internal issue.
