It’s my first order in Amazon and the pick up is not done yet by any Easy Ship carrier partner.

I suggest you , Kindly Go to Nearest Easyship Branch As per you Order cannected Ecom Express or ATS. Tell Them For New Pickup Create Route. because its your First Order

hi... I also face the same kind of issue. I sorted out it by myself.. their are 2 reason y pickup is not happening.. first is the pick up person will not come to your location as it was at a longer distance from the Amazon warehouse.. for this case your have to find were your were housed warehouse .. u can find it by simply asking any Amazon delivery persons and try to go and directly give your package .. the second reason is the pickup person could not find your address and cannot call you, That case you have to check your phone block list and unblock all the numbers so that the pickup person call will get connected . Hope This will solve your problem .. mine get solved by unblocking all the numbers.
