My amazon seller account was temporarily locked, what is the reason foe locked? and how re-activate seller account.

My account is blocked because I have entered a incorrect brand name on my listing. I have already deleted that listing but still my account is blocked. How can i unblock the account

I am forgot my account name . In Amazon seller they are asking about the account name I didn't remember after sometime they blocked my account for security purposes.
