Let me help you with the FBA carton requirements. In the "Box dimensions" section of Shipping and routing requirements, you'll find that boxes containing multiple items must not exceed 25 inches on any side.
For weight limits, check the "Box weight" section, which states that boxes must not exceed 50 lbs unless they contain a single item that's heavier. In those cases:
- Items over 50 lbs need a "Team Lift" label on top and sides
- Items over 100 lbs need a "Mechanical Lift" label
- Jewelry/watches have a special limit of 40 lbs
There's an exception for single oversized items - they can be larger than 25 inches if the item itself is longer, but the box shouldn't be much bigger than necessary.
