Amazon Returns "Replacement orders" is a joke
We are 100% FBM no Prime. Buyer opened a return and claimed "Wrong item was sent", however we pulled camera footage and shows the exact item ordered shipped by part number. Customer requested replacement item. we emailed them and stated that they would be getting the same item again as they already have, we shipped replacement, this has been over a month ago, buyer has still not returned the original item claimed as WRONG ITEM WAS SENT. We have tried to open a Safe T Claim but it will allow us to open claim, says customers return is still in transit but there is no acceptance scan by USPS showing item was every turned over to them from customer 9302010949890054345274. This is absolutely ridiculous, why should send a replacement item for item never returned and for item that is exact same as was shipped. At minimum customer return must be scanned as accepted by shipping company before sellers should have to ship replacement item. This is out of control with Amazon. We are now out item and shipping for 2nd exact same item sent and Amazon wont let us open Safe T claim because they think item is still in transit on RMA: Dt75RBGbRRMA

Did they open a return or a replacement? Never send a replacement unless asked for through Amazon.
