When listing the products there is no option to "self-ship"
When listing the products there is no option to "self-ship" But it is combines as both "Self" and "Easy" ship.
When someone buys the product, it automatically selects "Easy-ship".
And worse off no one comes to collect the item.
Time, packing charges, cancellation fee will all be affected.
Amazon need to be serious about how they treat sellers.

You will need to create a new self ship template and select that template in the listing. Only then it will work.

Thank you for your post. As @Seller_obrcSuVfomVJ3 mentioned you need to create or update the shipping template. This page Self-Ship shipping settings will help you with that.
