it can take weeks - if you keep resubmitting info though it sends you to the back of the queue.

It may also depend on the reason for the deactivation.
If you have only just registered for a seller account, all new accounts are deactivated whilst they check and verify all the info you have provided, both personal ID and business info.

If the information cannot be verified, the account should not be frozen by mistake. Who will be responsible for the affected sales? Is it because there is no sales record or data that the information cannot be verified? Even so, the account cannot be frozen by mistake, and the information has been submitted but there has been no reply. When can the account be activated? There is no time to wait.
