Amazon does not remove product review other than for reasons of their own. They do not remove reviews or ratings due to seller demand or request. Buyers do not need to purchase the item on Amazon in order to leave a product review.

Hello @Seller_yilpVuJVDgCiu,

Thanks for posting to the Forums. I would recommend reviewing the So you want to remove a customer review? page for details on what the requirements are to remove negative reviews and next steps.

As a general rule, Amazon doesn’t remove customer reviews, unless they violate Community Guidelines. If you see a review that does violate our Community Guidelines, you should report it. Here’s how:

  1. From the product detail page, find the review in question.
  2. Click the “Report abuse” link and follow the steps to report the review.
  3. You can also email community-help@amazon.com and report the review there (but know you’re not likely to get a reply from this alias, even if they take action).

Regards,

- Manny

Amazon has chosen to ignore these fake reviews. I’ve encountered a large number of negative reviews. I sent evidence to community-help@amazon.com, but no one responded. Some orders with negative reviews were refunded due to "undeliverable shipping addresses." The goods were not delivered to the customer, yet the customer still left a 1-star negative review on one of my products.

Even with such clear evidence, Amazon has not removed these fake reviews, allowing the sellers who use negative review tactics against competitors to succeed.
