Do brand registry first on amazon link https://brandservices.amazon.com/brandregistry
after that enroll in transparency program

As mentioned by @Seller_rwC21LzaPbCljyou need to enrol in Amazon Brand Registry and once that has been completed you will have access to tools to help you protect your brand.
