Account reactivation after so many years

Hello, My account was deactivated so many years ago and I'm trying to reactivate it now with no success.

Policy Compliance Healthy. Everything is in 0, no open cases or policy violation. No links to contact customer supper nor the ability to open a case. Calback not working.

Can someone help?

You'll need to find the deactivation notice Amazon sent those many, many years ago. That notice contains the reason for the deactivation and what you need to do to reactivate your account.
