Today I have got return of product which was rejected by buyer, When I have opened that got product was changed, What actually Rejected Order mean??
How can product be different when customer rejected Order or it is rejected after delivered?
can’t they verify at the time of accepting returns that product is same or not?
This happened to me 4-5 times in few months.
should we stop selling on Amazon??

you should file a saft claim or create a case and you will get refund
