Cant Verifie My Bank account.

Hi

I am stuck trying to verify my bank account. My bank changed names and it wont except my bank statement.

My account is suspended now.

I opened a case ID 13330163031 but just got a auto generated response with the same instructions.

Can I get some help please.

Do you have any specific annotations within the case ID you provided about why your initial submission was not accepted? If so, please share it here in the thread (with personal information removed) so that we may better assist you. There may also be another case where that information is specifically given to you. If such a case exists, it would most likely be entitled "Seller Identity Verification" or something similar.

If the bank name changed, and the information in the account is not matching what is on the submitted documents, the information would not be accepted. If you haven't already, you will need to ensure that all information matches prior to submitting the information again.
