Amazon Business service is worst.

I had been offered ABA service in month of December and from starting of the service money is being deducted weekly and only reports are given, we are told to reduce the price , run ads and still no increase in sales.

After completion of 3 months which is minimum engagement period we told account manager to close the service but they are not closing the service and are extending the date of closing service.

I request the amazon team to stop our services and deducting money as we are facing heavy losses due to this poor service provided by amazon.

Fellow seller here — I completely understand your frustration.

We’ve been through the same. The truth is, small sellers on Amazon often can’t even recover the basic cost of their products — let alone make a profit — once all the hidden deductions, ad spends, and return-related losses (especially due to theft during returns or by ATS staff) are added up.

If you’ve opted for the “Account Management” service, be aware: these account managers don’t actually work for your brand. Their priority is to meet Amazon’s internal targets — whether that’s pushing ads, slashing your prices, or squeezing more out of your account.

Trust me — the first thing you should do is revoke their access. It’s like handing over your warehouse keys to someone whose job is to benefit Amazon, not you. Once they have control, they’ll make changes that serve their goals, not yours.

You're not alone — many sellers are now realizing this. Stay strong and take back control of your business.
