Amazon Secure Delivery using OTP

We are getting a lot of customers fraudulently claiming they have not received (expensive) items even though tracking shows it has been delivered (with photos and GPS coordinates) and when we refuse a refund they open an A-Z Claim claiming the signature is not theirs etc.

When I have ordered things from Amazon - sometimes the courier asks for an OTP at the time of delivery. Does anyone know how I would set this up for our sales (for MFN/SFP)

it’s not something you can set up yourself through Amazon (though - good idea!) you’d need to ask the couriers you use if it is a service they offer.

Whether Amazon would accept it as proof though….
