Guaranteed Delivery Program Timings

I’m new on Amazon and still learning a lot every day. Today I applied for Guaranteed Delivery Program and I think I got approval because I can see “Eligibility: Eligible for Guaranteed Delivery” on the easy ship page in settings (I didn’t receive any email yet).

When I enabled the “Guaranteed Delivery” it displayed a confirmation box stating all the requirements mentioned here - https://sellercentral.amazon.in/help/hub/reference/G202139320

Now the problem is that it said “Guaranteed Delivery orders received till 12:30 p.m. Indian Standard Time (IST) must be scheduled for pickup by 12:45 p.m. IST and must be ship-ready by 1:00 p.m. IST on the same day.”

BUT on the seller central page, it states different timings - https://sellercentral.amazon.in/help/hub/reference/GRU9WZ2UK2M9U6QF

Which one should I follow? I think the seller central one is updated but I still want to be 100% sure.

Also since I’m just starting out with a guaranteed delivery program, it will be really helpful if someone can answer some of my other questions:

  1. After enabling this, when will it start displaying faster delivery options to customers?
  2. Is it going to be zone wise or it will be displayed to all the customers?
  3. What happens if the pickup associate arrives at my location earlier (it is happening with me every day he arrives earlier the selected time slot)
