Hello,

Most of our parcels(including boxed) are getting opened, then their shipping labels cut out and then placed inside a flyer after changing the items inside. Even after contacting amazon support all we got is, they have passed our concern to the related department. One of our customers even showed us on Customer-buyer chatroom in which we saw tapes that we had placed over carton having his item. This is leading to our rating go down and down with each day. SO my question is how can I stop it when I'm being asked to give my parcels to a thief who is taking out items and how to remove those negative ratings we are getting because ATS is changing items on purpose?

We have zeroed our many inventories which were getting stolen on priority by ATS to stop but still it's happening with our many other items as well.
