Updated EAN

We have a product that we have sent to FBA.

Amazon have come back to say that the Product ID is different on the physical product to what is listed which turns out they are correct. The manufacturer must have updated the EAN. I deleted our listing and tried to relist with the new EAN but it keeps sending me back to the old one which means the stock we have sent to FBA won't show.

3 other suppliers are listing the same product with the old EAN. How can I have this changed so that the listing will show the correct EAN and our stock will then show in FBA?

The EAN is the product, you can't change the EAN in the catalogue. If you have a new EAN, it needs to have a new product page set up using that EAN.

If you do that and set up listings on the new page using the SKUs from the original listings, it *should* then assign them correctly and then have them turn up either in stranded inventory or be processed for sale.

If that doesn't happen, then you'll need to keep on at Amazon for them to identify and return the stock to you, which is going to be an ordeal.
