Amazon says that your ODR (Order Defect Rate) is 4,17% while it should not be more than 1%.

You have to do better for your FBM sales. Actually your are lucky, this is JUST a warning but you have to improve immediately.

I think somewhere you can change the language of your seller account if you don't understand French.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent issues that have occurred on your account. I know this can be frustrating and cause concern when the banner appears on your account health page. I do want to provide some insight to clear up any confusion you might have and help you better understand the situation.

The screenshot provided seems to be indicative that your order defect rate is currently at 4.17%, while the target is below 1%. As mentioned by @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC, the banner appears to be there to inform you of the metric being off target. They do not appear to be requesting any kind of follow up information, but we do encourage you to monitor this banner and your performance notifications as this is where you will observe the change. The metric will fluctuate as it looks at a time window of 60 days, with the reporting being on 15-day delay.

To understand what is impacting the metric, you will want to further review the page you are viewing in the screenshot. Be sure to check for both orders fulfilled by yourself and the FBA platform. You can toggle the option using the bar above the breakdown of the metric. In addition to that, you do have the option at the bottom of the page to download the report that includes all of the impacted orders.

We would advise on continuing to monitor your account health page for any changes that occur, and referring back to this thread if you have any additional questions or concerns.

Best,

Atlas
