Lies in feedback (Mods, please review)

Received feedback with full of lies, buyer complained to have not received a response back a week later where as buyer-seller communication channel shows a response was sent out within five minutes of us receiving buyer's email.

Secondly as per the claims made in buyer's feedback we as a seller denied the return request where as there is no "Return Request" to be found in "Manage Returns" for the said Order ID Number.

I really do not know why is it so hard for Amazon to see through the lies when everything is there for them to review in their own returns and communications system.

Mods, please help in escalating and resolving this matter as this is just plain abuse.

Hi @Seller_tLwysCkJNWQJt, I understand that this must be frustrating - unfortunately I cannot take action on feedback removal, but I'll let you know that Amazon only removes feedback in the following cases:

"- The feedback includes words commonly understood to be obscene or profane.

- The feedback includes seller or buyer-specific, personally identifiable information, including email addresses, full names, or telephone numbers.

- The entire feedback comment is a product review."

Per Seller Support's recommendation, I would also recommend going into Feedback Manager to post a public reply in response to any buyer feedback. This will enable buyers to view your response to the feedback and potentially withdraw a negative feedback. To post a public reply, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Feedback Manager.
  2. In the "Recent Feedback" table, next to the Order ID, select "Post a public reply" from the drop down under "Actions" column.
