Fake Buyer - Amazon ineffective Policy

Fake buyer is placing order again and again and making inventory out of stock, even after showing all transaction to amazon, they are not taking any action against the fake buyer, impacted even by charging account balance due to late shipment and account health metrics.

Amazon should be more strict towards these fake buyer and should give a resolution for this problem to seller

This isn’t new, we have faced this many times and each time amazon failed to provide safety to us as a seller (who are their main bread earners).

I faced the same problem on flipkart
They do nothing about it, its the seller who ll bear the cost sadly. Also they wont give u spf claims

This is happening with me also in West Bengal Budawan is the place . i have suffered huge loss and AMazon has not compensated the loss despite launching suspicious order details writing to safety claim got it investigated from Amzon… i have written numerous mails also to the CEO of amazon but denied the bulk order claim… i though i was the alone facing the issue!!!

On Flipkart average 30-35% fake buyer and amazon 20-25%.

but they will not take any action its for sure because there they earn the most and seller lost it all.

we are expecting that Amazon is a bit reliable/well known company but they are completely failed in India due to their worst return policy and customer are taking benefit of it.

and even we are not assure that this forum is reading by any responsible amazon person or not or its just a platform for seller to put his frustration. and if someone seeing and not taking any action then simple amazon wants as it is.

Very True, these fake buyers which I have seen are generally from the same city where the competitor is. Generally they order in bulk, return the stock on the last applicable day of return, open and abuse the package so that its not useful and becomes a piece of junk when returned. Few buyers don’t even return the actual product, they keep the product, use it return something else or when they order in bulk…they only return few items rest they keep with them. I have also seen them returning used vest, used mobile cable, damaged charger, somebody else package, to name a few.

The problem is eventually which Amazon is not understanding that overall cost of the product goes higher to all consumers, and consumer feels that cost of the product is high than offline channel due to all these lapses at Amazon’s side. In the long run people will move away from buying from Amazon which is a slow process and its already happening. By the time they will analyse and realize…probably nothing could have been done.

AMAZON RETURN POLICY:
what u see u will be shocked what happened with me.We have 0 late dispatch rate in self ship.The product got delivered 1 day late than estimated date.What the customer did is that he applied for refund and he got the refund approved and i lost both product and product value.when i filed safe t claim they said they will not help me in getting my product back.they have denied safe t claim as product is 1 day late than shipping date.It means u can buy laptop mobile and get refund if it gets 1 day late and u will get both product and refund simultaneously

Amazon should bring out new features for sellers to block certain and particular buyers, region, city or pincodes. So sellers can decide themselves if they want to sell products to customer or not. Most of the time competitive sellers places fake orders to bring down the competition by placing fake orders and fake reviews.
