I wanted to bring a concerning issue to your attention and see if anyone else has faced similar abuse from this buyer.
The Problem: A customer (Megha, New Delhi) has repeatedly placed orders only to claim they were "not received," securing refunds each time while we lose both product and payment. This has happened multiple times (2024 and again recently), suggesting deliberate policy abuse.

Reported to Amazon Seller Support (Case ID: [we can't share] hope amazon team will take a action soon).
Requested account investigation + permanent block from our listings.
