My brand name is "NIFDO Hunt" I am selling products in "Sports And Outdoor" category. But now I want to sell other products that are not belongs to Sports And Outdoor so I want to sell new products in different category. Can I sell products in multiple categories?

Yes, provided you are approved to sell in the additional categories, and the products are different.

A seller may sell in any number of different categories, although some are gated and require special knowledge.
However, any single item may only be listed in one category.
(Wasn't sure of the exact meaning of your question)

In theory you can sell new products in different categories. In reality, IT DEPENDS! Even a category such as Books, has its limitations.
Never used to be that way in the good old past on Amazon, but those days have gone.
All you can do is try to add a product for sale and see what happens. Best of Luck!
