"Re-brand" was approved by brand registry and seller central support but amazon going back on their word.

I spent about 2 weeks on brand registry support and seller central support trying to get my brand name on my listing corrected. originally I thought the storefront name and brand name needed to match. So now I want to change the brand to the original/correct brand name which is already approved as a brand via brand registry. the packaging and everything is the same. After 2 weeks amazon approved it and said there is a 3hr to 7 day buffer zone before the catalog change shows up on my detail page. so I waited the 7 days and nothing happened. when I opened another case to explain this and referencing the previous case, they said it's a miscommunication and that the leadership team might need to investigate. They care classifying this as a "rebrand" when its not and I can't afford to lose my organic ranking, reviews, and subscribers.

Any suggestions?

Hi there @Seller_tul8M6VmOd6pP

I'm unsure as to what the team was stating to you in the support case, but there is nothing I can do here for an escalation.

The ASIN in question was created with the brand name that is currently tied to the ASIN and any major Brand Name change requests are considered re-branding and will not be supported. To protect Customer trust and ensure catalog quality, we ask that you create a new ASIN for the new product.
