Not getting COD orders

This is Roberto. Thank you for using the Forums, I wanted to follow up on your post.

I can see that our Support team has responded to your question in the case ending in 1992. To make the information visible to other members, the COD Pay on Delivery isn't yet available for all pin codes. This is due to limitations of courier services we use.

The Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not available for Self-Ship orders.
