Namaste Sellers,

Some time ago in this thread, I asked about your best tips for creating super-hit product titles that bring maximum sales. Today, I'm sharing key tips that can help boost your listings:

🎯Follow this winning formula:

Brand + Model/Product Name + Key Feature(s) + Size/Dimensions + Color

Example: "Desi Comfort Cotton Kurta, Full Sleeve, XL, Royal Blue"

✅Important points to remember:

  • Research high-volume search terms using tools and extensions
  • Include primary keywords first
  • Capitalize First Letter Of Words
  • Use common abbreviations (cm not centimeter)
  • Use numbers (2 not two)
  • Update titles for all variations
  • Keep titles clean and scannable

What to avoid: ❌ ALL CAPS ❌ "Best quality", "100% original", "Best selling" ❌ Spelling mistakes ❌ Multiple !!! or ??? ❌ Stuffing too many keywords

I feel Amazon is flushing up existing sellers

whats happening I don't know .

1. Sales down . Average 30-50 orders per day and was expecting to get good avg this year. Sale went down to not even half less then 10 orders.

2. Fake reviews unverified by clients who did not purchase clearly made by rival competitive Sellers doing this activity. Even after so many reports made no action and removal of dalke comments and reviews which are unverified by Amazon.

3 . Fake Infringement complain on items for which we have Copyright content branding and trademark . And every time Amazon says won't happen again mam by samme selller 12 time same things done untill I loog legal action.

4. When we are putting Infringement against mappers amazon in one second without review states sorry we can't take action. And each and every time I am spending 10,000/ rs for legal notice to stupid seller doing this stuff as no help by Amazon side .

5. Fake seller feedback of different language intentionally for no detection and no removal .

What after all the sorrows Amazon want ? Even after spending ₹40000-45000/- /pm on adds , even after ranking , good reviews and more facing this issue ?

Out of the four books that I have listed, one of the books is constantly getting the error 8541. After correctly filling the information for the binding option as 'Paperback' the issue seems to persist. I have added a case again after multiple ones and there has been rather slow progress on the same. Let us know if there are more solutions to resolve the issue.

मेरे साथ भी अमेज़न ने दो बार froad किया है। पहले मेरा account easy ship में खोला था उसमें fake order की जब return आती थी तो मुझे emapty box ये कहकर थमा दिया जाता था कि जैसा भी है आपको लेना पड़ेगा।बाद में safe t क्लेम कर लेना। जिसमें safe t क्लेम के नाम पर 25%भी पैसा नहीं मिला मुझे बहुत नुक्सान हुआ और मैने उसी समय seller account बंद कर दिया।

फिर कुछ समय पश्चात दोबारा कई बार इनकी call आई पर मैने मना कर दिया। लेकिन इन्होंने मुझे दोबारा FBA के जरिए बंपर sale और नुकसान ना होने का आश्वासन देकर अपने जल में फिर फंसा लिया।

और 2nd time मेरी खरीद से 1000/पीस कम पर मेरा सारा मॉल sale कर दिया।

बाद में मैने अकाउंट मैनेजर से कॉल की तो उस बेईमान ने कॉल उठाना बंद कर दिया।

मैं basically Havells फैन में डील करता हूं जिसमें मेरा मार्जिन केवल Rs 50/पीस है। और इन्होंने मुझे Rs 1000/पीस का नुकसान दिया है

ये पूरी कंपनी ओर इसका सारा स्टाफ पूरी तरह बेईमान है ये ओर ये केवल अपना ओर अमेज़न का पेट भर रहे है। वो भी सेलर्स का पेट काटकर ।

Case Id: 10965026102 . We are facing error "This item cannot be shipped to your selected delivery location. Please choose a different delivery location." for last 3 days for All products listed in Amazon. It was working fine 4 days back.

Due to this, we are having zero sales and our existing customer might buy other items & loose them. This is certainly a glitch from Amazon as "Add to Cart" button appears sometime but during checkout it again provide same error message.

We raised ticket: Case Id: 10965026102. Even after explaining, the issue is critical for us, Amazon customer care had standard answers and initially mentioned it will take 24-48 hours to resolve. It is 3 days since issue was raised and still same issue. If you call customer care, every time new personal picks up and provide a different answers.

For Amazon seller, there are so many KPI available. However, no proper SLA is provided to seller for their issue. Amazon should maintain the same standard for seller as well.

Sometime, It feels like Aamzon doesn't care as customer might buy other products in the platform & Amazon sell is not i. impacted. However, we are slowly building customer and due to such issues, we will lose customer. This is really getting frustrating and very poor support. Was expecting better from Amazon.

Last year, I encountered a critical issue regarding GTIN exemption for my brand, COSCO. After persistent follow-ups and extensive explanations, I finally convinced the team that it was an internal error, not a fault on my end. Despite this, it still took nearly a month to resolve. I was assured that if the issue arose again, I could reference my old case ID: 9912264472, and the team would promptly resolve it.

Now, I am facing the same GTIN exemption issue again. Despite referencing the old case ID, the team failed to understand the situation. The new case ID is 10964617242. Today, I was told that my brand has a GS1 barcode, making me ineligible for GTIN exemption. This is completely incorrect. Claiming I have GS1 barcodes is like saying I have kids while I’m still in school—ridiculous!

COSCO is my brand. I deal in innerwear and have never purchased a GS1 barcode for my products. After some research, I found the confusion: there is another brand named COSCO that does have GS1 barcodes, but we are entirely different entities with separate trademark numbers, company names, and product categories.

Amazon's system is wrongly associating my brand with another COSCO, preventing me from getting GTIN exemption. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to make the support team understand this.

I am calling on other sellers and Amazon moderators for real help. This issue needs a permanent solution before more sellers face the same unjustified obstacle. Amazon must fix this error immediately.

My Product ASIN B0DSZYRR2R Mapped and sold a fake product by Healthy Ayurveda.More than 100 calls More than 20 case IDS. Amazon really wasting the time of Sellers. They are taking order in our product name.sells a product.From March 1 onwards our business in Amazon start decreasing and when we verified it was found that Amazon allowed to map our product and allowed to sell our product in their platform. We complained several times and Amazon gives a reply that they allows it. When we purchased the product through Amazon from Healthy Ayurveda and product reached us on 20/03/2024 and we realised that they are selling counterfeit product. Outer box is similar to our product and written the contents same as ours. Inside a bottle was kept with 30 capsules and entirely different ingredients. Eventhough we reported on the same day Amazon still says their internal team is checking. No resolution given till now and Amazon not ready to remove mapping of Healthy Ayurveda seller who sells counterfeit product. We reported several times the difference in product. Our product strip of 4 tabs in 5 strips Total 20 capsules. Their 30 capsules loose in a bottle. Their MRP 4990 & Our MRP 3990, Wide variation is there and we reported it . But Amazon not ready to take any action AT LEAST BE SERIOUS IT IS A FOOD ITEM.
