past some days i recived one account health violation when i opened so i check see that one asin is under complain and i need to adddres violation so i talk account health team and say that this occurse because of amazon and ma`am agree with me and when amazon see this listing i see this listing before one month problem from amazon and that time i also raise seller support team and till today seller support team not resolve case and account health ma`am say we forward to intranal team so your issue is resolve and waite your listing not deactiveted but 3 to 4 days after not resolve any answer i tallk every day but not helped any one this is my best selling product and 75 reviwes and 4.3 star so amazon where is your team? why this happen i need answer

Dear I have been facing & raising this issue from November 2024 with amazon, with different case IDs, but I am sorry to say that no solution has been provided provided by Amazon so far. For reasons not known to me, Amazon keep on changing the Case ID's The latest Case ID is 11090518252.

We deals in books

Can anyone provide solution.

Can anybody suggest that will Amazon be able to provide any solution or I am wasting the time.

I am receiving the error "Brand Authorisation Required" when trying to create a listing under my own brand: [ WIM ].

I have both:

An approved GTIN exemption for this brand and category

An active Brand Registry under the same brand

Kindly link the brand to my seller account and remove this error so I can create new ASINs.

I am attaching proof of my GTIN exemption and Brand Registry approval.

this case is closed by referring Amazon Marketplace Pricing Error Policy but in this policy

it is clearly mentioned that we can appeal to amazon and if we justify

amazon will review and remove suppressing but my listing suppression

has not removed even I had justified my every single penny which I am

charging . I request you to please help me. If amazon itself violates

its policy then how can we expect a following of its policy by others

Listing Only Visible in Punjab — Not Showing in Other States

Hello fellow sellers and Amazon team,

I am facing a serious issue regarding the visibility of my product listings.

📌 My listings are live and searchable in Punjab (where I operate and ship from),

❌ But when I or customers try to search from other states/pin codes (like Delhi, Maharashtra, etc.), the listing does not appear at all.

What I’ve already checked:

All my listings are active and buy box is available for some of them.

I have invested heavily in Ads, yet I am not getting orders from outside Punjab.

I contacted support, and they simply said there is no issue with my account — but didn’t offer a concrete solution.

👉 My question:

If there is no issue on the account or listing, then why is it not searchable in other locations? Is there any region-wise visibility restriction or suppression?

I need help from anyone who has faced a similar issue, or if Amazon mods could escalate this to the technical team.

This is hurting my business badly.

Hello all,

We’ve noticed that our products are only appearing in Gujarat. We have listed 12 ASINs, and while all of them are visible in Gujarat, only 4 ASINs appear in search results for other pin codes and that too only when searched by our brand name.

Could you please help us resolve this issue and ensure proper visibility across all regions?
