    it feels totally hopeless and ridiculous after losing the buy Box on my new inventory

    I have been maintaining my account health and dispatching the products time to time but after all this it feels like a soldier without the weapons standing in the battlefield

    My sales were going low and the competitors were increasing so I decided to list new product but after listing them I came to know that I lost the Buy Box. I tried contacting seller support but every time they responded with "Maintain your account health and dispatch your products time to time".

    I was very satisfied with the Amazon seller service but after losing the buy Box I lost intrest in the Amazon and sometime I think of leaving the Amazon.

On my product page, it shows "No featured offers available" and the Buy Box (Add to Cart button) is not visible.My price is competitive, inventory is available, and my shipping template is set.     We would like to bring to your notice that our product (ASIN: B0CT88L9JC) has been wrongly mapped under another seller’s detail page. We had already raised a complaint regarding this issue on 23rd September under Case ID: 11547185902, but till today we have not received any response or resolution.

    This incorrect mapping is directly affecting our product visibility, sales, and brand reputation. We request you to kindly look into this matter on priority and take immediate corrective action to delist the wrong mapping and restore our product under the correct ASIN.
