    My brand approval is getting rejected again n again.

    once they had asked for more information & we provided the same then they told us to wait & i waited for 15 days but no response & i had to close the case, after that whenever i am applying for the brand approval it is getting rejected within seconds.

    A Fake Seller / Fraud Seller Account (PRAAKRITIK ORGANIX) have been showing in our listings ( Selling our product at cheaper price , which is impossible)

    This is my listing (500ml) in which this fraud seller "PRAAKRITIK ORGANIX" is shown selling our product at a lower price which should be impossible as we are the only manufacturers and sellers of our product (Krakin Brand is registered under me , the trademark registry is under "formalities check pass" for last 11 months. It will soon be registered under my name. and it have been 11 months since i have been selling on amazon. This new seller pops out of no where in our listing and starts selling our product at lower price and i am not even sure what he will send to people. (All the hard work and money spend on ads have been gone to waste by such fraud seller because he have decreased the rate and will scam my customers and make our product rating low and causing us loss in sales also)

    I am not the only one affected by this fraud . He is selling other brands product too without their permissions as i have asked some other brands that are they complaining and they told that they are not fully trademark registered so they cannot file a violation for (Counterfeit) as amazon required a trademark to be in approved state for that.

    OVERALL SELLING ON AMAZON UNDER TRADEMARK "FORMALITIES CHECK PASS" OR PENDING STATE IS USELESS , As some fraud like "PRAAKRITIK ORGANIX" seller acc will come and steal all your sales and Ruin your listing and ratings . I am not even sure how amazon allow such sellers to sell products .

    Brand Registered Listing Repeatedly Hijacked and Mapped by Other Sellers — Urgent Action Needed

    Dear Amazon Team and Fellow Sellers,

    I am writing this post out of genuine concern and frustration. Despite being Brand Registered, my product listings under the brand Merakiware are repeatedly being mapped and hijacked by other sellers who list cheap, low-quality duplicates of my products under the same ASIN.

    Each time this happens, these sellers offer products at unrealistically low prices, which immediately affects the Buy Box, damages listing credibility, and results in a direct loss of sales and reputation for my brand.

    I want to highlight that:

    All my listings were created under my Brand Registry, with unique images, titles, and A+ content.I have already raised multiple cases with Seller Support, but the same issue recurs after temporary resolutions.

    The competing sellers’ products are clearly not identical — poor-quality imitations, often violating both Amazon policy and intellectual property protection.The listing quality and ratings drop due to counterfeit or low-grade products sold under my brand, which permanently harms my customer trust.This constant mapping not only undermines my Brand Registry protection, but also destroys the core purpose of maintaining product authenticity on Amazon.

    I request Amazon to:

    Immediately de-map the unauthorized sellers from my listings.

    Permanently restrict non-brand sellers from adding offers to ASINs owned by my Brand Registry.

    Strengthen enforcement of brand protection measures to prevent repeated hijacking.
