Hello Amazon Team and Fellow Sellers,
I am a seller on Amazon.in and I’m facing a critical unresolved issue with my product.
Initially, my product (which weighs only 200 grams) was mistakenly registered at FBA with a weight of 12 kg. This incorrect weight caused the Buy Box to be unavailable in major metro cities like Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Chennai, and the product was only searchable in limited northern PIN codes.
After multiple follow-ups, the 12 kg issue was finally corrected as shared by them, but even after this correction:
• The Buy Box is still missing in many major cities
• Product is still not searchable in several PIN codes
• Ads are not delivering impressions or clicks, causing ad budget loss
The product is:
• FBA
• In stock
• Correctly priced
• Policy compliant
Despite following up daily for over 10 days, and escalating this to the leadership team, I continue to receive the same generic reply:
“Our internal team is working on it.”

• Buy Box only visible in limited zones
• Loss of visibility across key cities
• Zero ad performance due to Buy Box suppression
• Severe loss in sales and exposure

I kindly request the Amazon team to:
1. Investigate this issue with the Catalog or Fulfillment tech team
2. Ensure Buy Box is restored across India
3. Provide a clear resolution timeline and root cause explanation
If unresolved, I will be forced to raise the matter with CPGRAMS, CCI, and through a formal legal notice, as this has become a case of service denial and platform-level damage to my business.
