Hi! I really need some help

In my amazon brand registry report a violation it says:

"Access revoked Your access to Amazon’s report infringement forms has been revoked due to actions you have taken in violation of Amazon's policy on reporting intellectual property infringement."

However, all my submissions within the past two months have been accepted and are all image copyrights reports.

We just noticed that all our Amazon India products are available on Desertcart.ae (UAE site) with an India filter. Entire listing is copied as it is, including the ratings and the prices are in UAE AED.

We are selling only in India on Amazon, so this came as a huge surprise and shock since the listings are copied word to word, image to image.

Has anyone seen this ? What is the protection available to sellers when the Amazon content is copied by unauthorized persons ?

Amazon brand registry issues

Hello everyone, I am trying to register my office products brand on Amazon Brand registry - I have put in 5 applications with different images where my label is affixed on the product or packaging as expected.

But everytime it's getting rejected and I am getting the same reason - the label is not affixed or image is digitally manipulated.

I have written many times to the Amazon brand registry team - but there hasn't been no escalation neither a resolution. I am happy to deliver a physical product to them but there is no reply on that to.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue? Can someone guide here pls.

Not Able to Associate A+ Content to ASIN

Having problems with associating A+ content to the ASIN.

In the A+ content manager, content page, when search to add ASIN, ASIN comes as 'not eligible'

and the reason comes as 'You are unable to add content to this ASIN because our system does not recognize this ASIN as part of your brand.'

which i cannot understand.

in the product listing page the brand name and the brand name in the brand management page matches.
