As of now, we are not getting any orders until we run ads. We have Run ads almost Rs. 1100/- but get Order of only One product of Rs. 200/- Plus. And when in close the campaign & stops the running ads, we haven't received any order In whole month (30 Days). Amazon, please look into this as small scale seller couldn't survive due these kind of policies.

I sold almost 100 units in last 30 days. I want to scale it to 300 units. Who can help me scale this via Amazon ads, promotions, coupons etc. Pls share your contact details.

I am satisfied with selling on Amazon. I know that out of 100 sellers, only about 5% can sustain long-term success. However, if you have enough knowledge and understand how Amazon works, it’s possible to be profitable and grow your business on this platform. Maine notice kiya hai ki Amazon par sales pichle kuch samay se kaafi down ho gayi hain, aur returns bhi badh gaye hain. Pehle jo mera return rate 10-15% tha, ab wo 50% se zyada ho gaya hai, jo concern ka topic hai. Customer support se madad lene ki koshish ki, lekin zyadatar ek hi solution suggest hota hai – Ads lagane ya FBA use karne ka. Maine FBA bhi try kiya tha, lekin mujhe koi significant improvement nahi dikha. Ads lagane se ek aur pattern dekha ki jab bhi maine Ads run kiye, tab organic sales down ho gayi. Profit ke mukable Ads me zyada kharcha lagta hai.

Mujhe Amazon par kaam karte hue 2 saal ho gaye hain, lekin sales growth limited lag rahi hai. Orders ka ek threshold hota hai jisse aage badhna mushkil lagta hai, aur kabhi jyada orders aaye bhi to shipment timing next day shift ho jaati hai. Is wajah se lagta hai ki naye aur chhoti scale ke sellers ke liye growth mushkil ho rahi hai.

Kya kisi aur seller ne bhi aisa experience kiya hai? Aap log apni sales improve karne ke liye kya strategies use kar rahe hain?

I have been participating in Lightning and Best Deals recommended by amazon for Months, as I read on the help and support pages the reports on the fee charged for each ASIN will be sent via e-mail once a month, however I never received such emails.

If they are referring to advertising invoices, then these invoices are not clear.

my simple query is,

1) am I charged for deals even if there are no Sales on that deal,

2) and how can I view these charges for each individual deal?

PS:

1) the help pages still show steps which are now outdated as the seller central interface keeps changing every few month.

2) I spent over 30 minutes with the seller helpline, and they had absolutely no clue regarding amazon deals charges and eventually they hung up on me
