We have all been pretty critical of amazon in the discussions, but let us take a moment to appreciate them for the good stuff they are doing.

  • No other courier refunds the shipping charge in case of orders rejected by customers. Amazon does that.
  • Customer trust: People love shopping on Amazon as they know the company is customer-centric. This brings in more orders.
  • Unified shipping charges across the country, in the recent shipping charges update. This has been a blessing for a small seller like us as courier partners charge more than double and speed post of India post charges almost 1.5 times the easy ship charges.
  • Amazon easy ship has a very high delivery rate in comparison to other courier partners.
  • Zero referral fee across plenty of products if the selling price is <300, what a wonderful change.

One suggestion from us to Amazon is, handle RTO orders carefully. A lot of times, the RTO orders are damaged and are in no condition to be dispatched to another customer.

Agreed, there are many fronts in which amazon can improve, but overall, the experience has been pretty much solid for us.

We’re sharing this post with the seller community in good faith, so others are informed and aware.

We subscribed to a popular marketplace integration and reconciliation tool used by many Amazon sellers. The product was Evanik.

Initially, we liked the concept and hoped it would simplify our operational processes. Unfortunately, our experience turned out to be extremely disappointing and stressful.

Here’s what happened:

The tool repeatedly gave us inaccurate data – settlement mismatches, wrong return values, and confusing reconciliations.

Instead of reducing workload, it created more manual work and serious operational chaos for our team.

After trying to work with them for weeks and pointing out multiple issues, we made the decision to stop using the tool and requested a refund for the unused subscription period.

We were assured by their representative that a refund would be issued.

Since then, we’ve been completely ignored — no responses to emails, phone calls, or messages.

Shockingly, our team members have now even been blocked by them.

This isn’t just about money — it’s about how a business chooses to treat its customers after a sale.

As fellow sellers, we just want to say this:

Please be careful when choosing external software tools.

Ask about refund policies, support quality, and don’t be afraid to walk away if the platform doesn’t deliver.

We are now in the process of escalating this through proper legal and regulatory channels — but we felt it was important to inform the community.

My competitor gained 200 ratings in a day. How is this possible? And how has amazon allowed this to happen? Amazon doesn't even allow thank you cards but has allowed my competitor to gain 200 ratings in a day. How is this fair for me? I have never indulged in fake reviews and ratings.

Amazon created many campaign without information, that too have done in 01:53 AM IST midnight yesterday, with high budget and bidding amount. all are unproductive broad advertisement.

truly Amazon CHORI pe UTAR GAYA hai.. another SCAM exposed, after monetary loss.

friends, kindly check & monitor your account pro actively. teams are now a days in totally money making mode.

one of our account went in negative in just 1 days, monitored this company, same done in the midnight.

Hello,

I’m currently unable to open the Ad Campaign Manager on the Amazon Selling Page and my ad is already running. I also tried accessing the help section on the Ad Console Manager, but that page isn’t loading either. I’ve attempted troubleshooting steps like clearing my browser cache and switching browsers, but nothing has worked. The issue began simultaneously on both my laptop and mobile app, so it appears to be an account-level problem.

Could you please assist me in resolving this?

Urgent: Campaign Manager is down

Today i logged in to Amazon Seller Central, i cannot see AD Sales and AD Impression tabs showing error. I cannot open Campaign Manager, it tools me to "Page is not working". I cannot create a support ticket with Amazon Ads account as well, it stucks at the first page after providing Company Name and country. I raised tickets with Amazon Seller Support but no response till now. Here are the Case ID's : 11102848772.
