I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the consistent failure of pickup services for my orders, which has resulted in the cancellation of two recent orders.New two order today but no response from any one pick boy are not reposing neither customer service
Despite my attempts to coordinate, pickup personnel are either not arriving or remain unreachable. This issue has persisted for the last 20 days, causing significant financial loss as my products remain stalled in the warehouse. Furthermore, I have had extremely poor experiences with customer service, including disconnected calls and false assurances.
As a seller, I feel my concerns are being ignored. I would like to understand why these service failures are occurring and what steps will be taken to resolve the pickup issues immediately to prevent further losses.
