Amazon seller performance team suspended our account before 1 month reason is our product is may be inauthentic. We submit our purchase invoice and POA 2 to 3 times still rejected all documents we also help to service provider but they also fail. Our question is what is criteria of acceptable document ? when we upload new product amazon get approval easy base on purchase invoice after any complain from buyer regarding inauthentic issue in this case amazon verify all documents like a
– Copies of invoices, receipts, contracts, delivery orders, or authorization letters from your supplier issued in the last 365 days. The quantity of items shown should match your inventory.
– If you are not the brand owner, provide an authorization letter and a complete set of documentation, including authorization letters, to prove a valid supply chain.
– If you are the brand owner, provide a copy of the brand registration certificate, and business license or personal identity card.
– Contact information for your supplier, including name, phone number, address, email, and website.
Why amazon not verify above document at a listing time they only approval only purchase invoice…?
We selling on amazon last one year we was smoothly doing business on very well on amazon and we also pride on amazon but this type of experience really bad to us. As per amazon funding Policy our all fund are hold or our payment cycle are stop right now we face big problem.
we are reseller and we have only purchase invoice from authorized distributor we also submit our distributor invoice which is from manufacturing/brand owner billing but this document also rejected we don’t know which type of document amazon seller performance team main problem is seller performance team contact via only mail and seller support team not provide any support regarding this issue.
