Dear Amazon team and all sellers:
We are currently facing a very urgent issue, an AWD shipment was accidentally canceled by us. Because the shipment was canceled, no reservation was made before, and now the PO has expired, the carrier cannot make a reservation based on the original PO. Despite our repeated attempts, we are still unable to resolve the issue. We sincerely hope to get any help or suggestions. Here are the specifics:
1. AWD shipment was accidentally canceled – Unable to recreate the shipment with the same distribution center address:
One of our AWD shipments was accidentally canceled, but the goods were already at the destination port. Now it is urgent to send it to the AWD warehouse. Based on the advice of seller support, we tried to create a new shipment to the same distribution center address, but total trying for 7 days, we still cannot generate a shipment with the same destination distribution center. We are now stuck and don’t know how to continue with this method.
2. The case link provided by the Amazon team is inaccessible - Seller support cannot provide help:
According to the guidance of seller support, we contacted the relevant Amazon team via email. They responded to us with a case link that allowed us to submit the required information. Unfortunately, we are unable to open the case link on our end. (Case Code: 18090108671)
We have contacted Seller Support multiple times to help us access this case, but it has not been resolved to date. We urgently need a way to open this case and provide the required information.
3. At this point, we have tried all possible solutions, but the issue remains unresolved. The shipment has arrived at the port and our carrier has informed us that we are unable to intercept the shipment. This is a large shipment and we urgently need a solution to get it to Amazon.
If anyone in the community has experienced similar issues, or if any Amazon team members see this post, we would greatly appreciate any help, suggestions, or escalations to quickly resolve this issue.
