Please Help on account limited access issue
All knowingly wise ones. I need help please. I contacted Amazon and to my surprise, they did return my call immediately. However, the foreigner on the other end had such a thick accent, we had serious communication issues and the result was she had no idea what I was taking about and continued to read her script which was of ZERO help.
I am selling a new product that we make. Gourmet Popcorn. Because its a new product, Amazon had to issue a new ASIN number which they did. The product does not come up in any search. When I asked why, Amazon said I had to update my charge methods for the following: Spain, Poland, France, Netherlands and the United Kingdom. I do not want to well anywhere other than in the US. The associate sent me links to these foreign Amazon stores and the only way to get them off my back is to Sign up for all of them. Also, I changed my account to professional hoping that would automatically solve the issue but it did not.
Does anyone have any solutions? Thank you all for your time!!

Have you registered to sell in those countries? Have you had an account in the past? Usually you have to register for UK seller accounts in the US.
I would suggest using chat instead of phone - that way there is a record of the conversation and it is easier to understand.

I did a search on Amazon.com and was able to find your products. As a good practice, you can check the videos in our Seller University on how to increase visibility to your products.
