Amazon seller support system is a mess!
I received the same product detail violation of the same group of ASINs in the last 6 months. I edited the product description and submitted the changes, the violation went away and keep coming back many times. today I finally called the amazon seller support twice and they told me to talk to the account health specialists, and i did but still no one see the violation of the ASINs on their end. i had to send them a screen shot of the violation. long story short, after i spent 3 hours on the phone with the amazon seller support and account health specialists. the account health specialist at the end told me that i need to open a case with amazon seller support/catalog team to make the change because Amazon system does not accept the change that i made. so catalog team has to manually make the change. the Amazon seller support system is a joke!

Here’s a great thread on “sludge”—the all-too-familiar strategy of burying sellers in delays, dead ends, and circular replies. Not because Seller Support is broken, but because it’s working exactly as intended.
The goal isn’t to resolve issues—it’s to wear sellers down until they give up, all to minimize support costs.

Hello @Seller_1kb23SGnHuUMe,
I appreciate you sharing your concerns with your listings being repeatedly removed.
As you mentioned, a similar situation arose and was resolved in the last 6 months, however it seems to have reappeared. You also advised on editing your listing to update the description, and even had our catalog team support you with listing updates. So I can best assist through this unique situation, can you share the ASIN's involved along with any related cases you have. When you were reaching out to both seller support and the account health team, was there any confirmation that the listing was successfully updated?
If possible, can you also share what type of violation this was? Was this a concern with a misuse of an intellectual property, detail page policy or different issue? So I can provide further guidance on the situation, I will need more information from your end to conduct an additional review and offer support.
As for the concerns mentioned by @Seller_Ed47xac6IeP2W, I would ask that you create your own topic and share related details such as any notifications, ASIN and related case ID so we can offer guidance on your situation. You are also welcome to tag myself or another moderator with the use of "@" proceeded by one of our names. This will help ensure more visibility into your situation.
I look forward to your response and any additional information you can share on your situation. The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.

I have yet to see seller support be at all usefull. If Amazon either replaced the whole system with a chat bot from 2010 or pulled it in it's entierty, it'd be a big improvement. Dealing with these people on the phone for hours every day, repeating yourself over and over and never getting anywhere is insane. Amazon, please improve this system. It's wild how bad it is. In fact I'd be shocked if you found a single seller on the platfrom that's pleased with the seller support.
