AMAZON NOT GIVING ME MY MONEY BACK
My account was deactivated by no fault of my own but in order to get the $3,600 amazon has been holding since 2023! They tell me I need log onto a video portal, I go thru the process, upload my documents and wait HOURS... nobody EVER shows up on the video portals that are REQUIRED for me to have some interview in order to have my funds released. I try to get a hold of a live person and all the do for the past 5 months is all route me to an email then I get another link to another video portal call and AGAIN I WAIT HOURS online, even sit here for almost 5 hours at a time waiting while I am working at home anyways and NOBODY shows up!! WHY AMAZON is this your process? Its NOT OK!!!!!! HELP!
