easyship pick up issue

I have been selling my products on Amazon for a long time. But with time I started facing mispickup issue in Amazon Easy Ship. I also a complaint in Amazon support but nothing was done.

Whenever I contacted your customer support, my product was not picked up. so i fill the Easyship mispickup form

I have filed this form thousands of times but till date, Amazon has not taken any action.

The same issue happened to me yesterday date: 11-06-2024. I did everything and then finally talked to the senior person of the hub and on his advice, I went to the warehouse to deliver the parcel.

But when I reached the hub, I told the whole problem to the senior person in the hub. No one said anything to the pickup boy. On the contrary, he started using bad language with me or said that whatever you have to do, you should do it.

I am giving you a last warning, if you don't take some action then I will file a complaint against Defamation.

facing the same issue in bhopal and Amazon is not responding on this they just a misspickup form useless

i am facing same issue with pickup. The local rowdies in Amazon hub has stopped taking my parcel because I did not accept when they deliver a C. O. D order because of non availability.

Amazon doesn't give a crap abt our complaint. We seller should unite and close our listings for few days. Without us Amazon is nothing. It's just a platform where sellers like us help them to grow by giving our products on credit.

I have cancellation charges of more than 40orders in just 4 days and a list of upcoming orders for waiting for pickup.

We are facing same issue for one month but there is no action from amazon. reached out to Amazon CEO on twitter but no response. Customer care do not escalate the calls neither they call back. Pathetic management. Local courier guy is not getting parking so he denied the pick up. it just dada giri and amazon is not looking into this.
