Brand Management not enforcing copyright infringement HELP!!!
I am a registered Brand on AMAZON. Another brand has hijacked my exact listing, title, photographs and descriptions for my #1 product. I hold a valid Copyright and have defended this copyright multiple times, even in Federal Court! I am unable to report this infringement through the Reporting Portal because the Bots think is is affiliated with my brand! I have tried to escalate this issue multiple times, but it keeps getting refused because I cannot provide the ORIGINAL complaint case number (I have tried every case number I can find regarding this issue!) Why isn't there any BRAND SUPPORT?

WHITELISTING
It seems clear that Amazon is only allowing MAJOR brands to 'whitelist' which sellers are authorized.
It was suggested by one of the long term experienced sellers on a different forum that the following has worked successfully in the past.
Have your attorney send a carefully worded Demand Letter (by Certified Mail) to Amazon’s "Office of the General Counsel".
These are the most recent addresses I could find for the legal beagles…………...

I would think that you would want to include appropriate paperwork showing ownership of the TM from the USPTO, proof of registration in Brand Registry, and, any links to cases and messages that show that SO FAR Amazon has refused to protect your brand.
Basically, you need to put Amazon on notice that you expect the protections promised by Brand Registry.

Hello there @Seller_KHtWIyEWYx1Ww
I wanted to jump in and offer my support here.
If you report this change through Report Abuse under "Product detail page was changed to represent a different product" and then send me the complaint ID that gets generated from that, I can personally raise this to the team!
