I need help regarding my amazon seller account reactivation. Amazon has suspended my account saying I may be involved in deceptive or illegaI activity.

I had registered my amazon account in August 2022. Brand permissions were not approved so I registered my company and my brand in USA in Feb 2023.

I created the test listing for my product. After a few days, my account was suspended linking my Amazon.com account with my Amazon.co.uk account (which also had no sales) saying I have 2 accounts which was completely false. My account got reinstated after video call verification in March 2023.

We proceeded for the manufacturing of our goods from a manufacturer in China and made him payment in April 2023 (30% Advance Payment), and the manufacturer started the work. It took 3 months for the inventory to get ready in July 2023. We tried to create the listings 4 in total, 2 got approved and 2 got rejected saying those 2 are hazmat products. After providing necessary documents, another listing got approved (3 in total).

While we were waiting for the 4th listing to get approved as well so that we could create FBA shipment, our account got suspended again saying "We were unable to verify information related to your seller account, or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history".

We subsequently submitted the appeal providing each and every document which included product inspection reports, internal conversations, invoices, and payments and mentioning the reasons for delay. We get a reply saying "our account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store." I was extremely amazed and worried as well because I had spent both my money and time.

Now our inventory is stationed in China and we cannot sell that inventory. We had spent a lot of money on that inventory which cannot be useful for us now.
