I've had a couple of claims because the package was not shipped...but I printed a label and some how the package didn't go out. So what I need is a report that shows date the label is printed and if it has been delivered. I'm sure this is a BIG ask but I would think everyone might need this information. Going through each order and looking at the tracking number is very time consuming.
